No printing, no scanning: fill these in on your phone.
Registration FormFor families who have visited and purchased a registration pack. Please have your child’s photos and birth certificate ready to upload.
Medical FormOne of the most important forms we ask for. Everything you share is encrypted and only seen by school leadership and your child’s Key Person.
Authorised Pick-up FormTell us who, other than parents, may collect your child. Each person must be introduced to us by a parent and will receive a collection card.
Photograph PermissionWe take pictures for your child’s learning journey on Tapestry. Occasionally we’d like to share activity photos, never with your child’s name.
Routine FormHelp your child’s Key Person follow the routine your child knows from home.
Fruit Friday ConsentEvery Friday we offer freshly prepared fruit and vegetables at snack time, and children choose their own. We need approval from both parents.

Fruit Friday
Every Friday at The Nurturing Tree is Fruit Friday. To promote healthy eating and independent choices, we provide a selection of freshly cleaned and prepared fruit and vegetables at snack time, and the children are encouraged to choose their own.
Items to bring to school

- Spare clothes (2 sets)
- Nappies and wipes (if needed)
