Privacy notice

The Nurturing Tree collects the information you give us in our online forms to manage admissions, care for your child and run the school, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

What we keep

Contact details, your child’s details, health and medical information you choose to give us, signatures, and documents you upload (photos, birth certificate, immunisation records).

How we protect it

Forms are sent over an encrypted connection. Answers and uploads are stored encrypted on our server, not on public links, and only authorised school staff can view them, using two-step login. We record who views or exports information.

How long we keep it

We keep records while your child attends and for a limited period afterwards, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Email info@thenurturingtree.org.
