The Nurturing Tree is a nursery school based in Lekki Phase 1, providing early years education using the Development Matters in the Early Years Foundation Stage (British Curriculum).

We are dedicated to providing a high quality of early years education, play experiences and curriculum that meet the individual needs and developmental goals of all the children. It is important for us to work in partnership with parents so each child receives a well-rounded foundation. At The Nurturing Tree we believe that learning should be stimulating for a young child, and playtime should be educational as well as fun. We cater for children between the ages of 7 months and 5 years old.
Communication
All children are encouraged to express themselves as they gain the skills to understand and express their thoughts and feelings.
Loving Teachers
Your child is allocated a ‘Key Person’ within their classroom who is responsible for their well-being, developmental milestones and academic needs.
Enabling Environment
An enabling environment encourages children to feel relaxed, comfortable and ‘at home’, which makes them feel emotionally safe and secure to explore their surroundings and become inquisitive about the world around them.

The Nurturing Tree is a great school. My daughter attended for one year before we relocated abroad. Her teachers did a wonderful job teaching and taking care of her. Together with the school director they always go the extra mile to make sure the children come first.
The Nurturing Tree is such a great first school for kids. The owner is well versed in foundation and early years education. She is also very detailed and thorough, and it shows in all aspects of the school. That made me feel very comfortable dropping my daughter off every day.
